We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join Q2Solutions IQVIAs laboratory businessat Valencia CA.

Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will perform routine analysis and laboratory testing procedures to ensure accurate and timely data for research studies while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
What youll be doing:
Perform and document analytical procedures in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct routine data analysis to ensure accuracy and acceptable tolerances escalating unusual results to senior staff.
Upload data analysis results to LIMS systems under senior staff supervision.
Support quality investigations deviation resolution and procedural changes as required.
Prepare buffers solutions and reagents for laboratory analysis.
Train entrylevel staff assist with onboarding and deliver handson training in proven competencies.
Maintain laboratory equipment including calibration and troubleshooting.
Collaborate on crossfunctional projects and provide clear accurate and timely communications.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in a chemical physical biological or clinical laboratory science medical laboratory technology or cytotechnology required.
MLT License required.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequent standing and walking occasional sitting and close eye work requirements (e.g. computer use reading small print). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and equipment including automation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of laboratory safety infection control and GLP standards.
