This is an advanced level position that functions as the recognized resource for WIC system requirements and is the coordinator for various functions that have significant impact within the organization. The advanced level analyst is responsible for coordinating WIC system requirements using analytical processes to manage the Michigan WIC eligibility system/MIWIC the WIC Client Connect Platform the EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) host and other WIC system related functions. This position provides direct consultation regarding system functionalities to other entities. This position is the Single Point of Contact between all other state programs and WIC systems functioning as the Liaison between the program functional areas of public health programs and WIC systems. Additionally the advanced level analyst acts as the Liaison between Local WIC agencies and the WIC systems providing consultation and training to local agency staff and management. This position plays the role of the Project Manager for System Requirements for all functional areas of the program.

Education
Possession of a masters degree in public health health communication health policy or a public healthrelated field such as nursing epidemiology health education health economics dietetics/nutrition management genetics or speech and audiology; a masters degree in social work; masters degree in counseling; masters degree in special education with specialization in blind/visual disabilities; or a masters degree in public or business administration with a health care concentration.

Position Location/Remote Office: The physical location of this position is 320 South Walnut Street Lansing Michigan 48933. Based on operational needs and within established limits remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered.
Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
