Our Customer Service Hypercare Team is seeking for a Call Center Representative dedicated to handling outbound telephone calls. The representative manages outbound calls with English and French speaking customers with the primary focus of encouraging the customers to fill out our customer satisfaction surveys and express their feedback on our services after their recent interactions with our teams. The Call Center Representative will foster genuine connections and deliver the voice of the customer back to the Hypercare Team and the company and will contribute to elevate the customer satisfaction index (NPS) for the business.
No travelling is neccessary in this role.
