Assistant at the Security Department within Business Area Surveillance Saab AB

Your role

As an assistant at Surveillance Security you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the everyday business alongside complex business settings and projects with high business impact.

You will play a key role in supporting the management team at Surveillance Security with various administrative activities. You will be responsible for ensuring an optimized and efficient workflow contributing to the maintenance of a wellstructured and organized security function.

You will report to Head of Security at Surveillance.

In addition to the tasks above the role will include:

• Support Head of Security and other Heads of staff functions with administrative tasks i.e. travel and meeting administration

• General administrative support in the security management team

• Management support in Crisis Management at BA Surveillance

• Information management support for the security function

• Other administrative duties and responsibilities

• Support and handling of various security related permits

You will liaise and collaborate both internally and externally.

• Experience from working with administrative systems and task

• Good communication skills verbal and written

• Good ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside of your organization

You are a true team player always focusing on the team results. Personal qualities will be of the utmost importance.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
