Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Leading and developing a motivated team of two to three employees
- Helping shape and drive forward strategic issues across teams within the department
- Assisting with the optimisation of national and international buying processes (tenders negotiations contract management)
- Supporting quarterly planning and communication with senior management
- Supporting financial planning within the department
- Acting as an interface to relevant staff units across the entire organisation
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Academic degree in business economics business informatics or a similar subject
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with various hierarchy levels
- Excellent consulting skills with an ability to prepare and present complex facts and results in a clear structured and logical way
- Initiative and enthusiasm for international collaboration
- Very good German and English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Several years of professional experience in a central function (buying finance etc. in a retail company
- Experience in leading small teams
- Familiarity with agile working methods
