Zendesk is seeking a Global Content Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive global demand campaigns with a particular focus on creating demand in the HR and Employee Service (ES) space. This role will be instrumental in nurturing open opportunities and building a pipeline to grow our Employee Service solutions. Youll collaborate closely with regional marketing product marketing and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and bookings.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation for HR solutions employee experience or employee service initiatives. Experienced in developing content strategies working with event speakers and evolving messaging for the stages of the buyer journey . You should be a team player with strong influence management crossfunctional collaboration skills and a willingness to learn new AI and marketing technologies. Responsibilities:
Campaign content and messaging development: Lead the development of global full funnel demand content such as digital events analyst reports demos customer stories datasheets etc. Partner with product marketing and utilize datadriven analysis to understand target audience segmentation align campaign and product messaging and develop an effective and compelling content strategy. Understand and articulate the buyers journey for our solutions in the context of campaigns.
Crossteam collaboration: Work closely with teams across the marketing organization including product marketing brand & creative localization customer marketing etc to deliver integrated demand campaigns.
Global Partnership: Partner with regional marketing teams to execute the global campaign within the AMER EMEA LATAM and APAC regions. Responsible for helping to define and build a repeatable marketing strategy and model which is packaged up into Marketing Kits that our regional and channel marketing teams can use to execute activities within each region.
Measure & Optimize: Collaborate closely with marketing analytics to set pipeline targets for each campaign evaluate campaign and channel performance and implement datadriven optimizations to meet objectives.
Qualifications:
35 years of marketing experience ideally with a focus on content development for HR/HRIS/employee experience solutions in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in leading global marketing campaigns targeting HR EX and ES audiences
Strong writing and messaging skills especially around HR and employee service topics
Experience managing multichannel campaigns and working with external agencies
Quick learner who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Creative innovative and solutionsoriented with a knack for problemsolving and program improvement
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Datadriven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
Strong communication skills across all levels from marketing and sales teams to executive stakeholders
Positive collaborative and energetic with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing change
Bias for action and highquality results with a focus on timely delivery

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $103000.00$155000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus benefits or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities applicable experience and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles) and do not include bonus benefits or related incentives.The intelligent heart of customer experience
