What Youll Do
- Lead & Manage Projects Oversee project planning and completion while ensuring budgets schedules and quality standards are met.
- Develop Strategies Implement risk management plans optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance Maintain adherence to regulatory safety and industry standards.
- Manage Teams & Collaboration Lead multidisciplinary teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strengthen Client Relationships Act as a trusted advisor ensuring client satisfaction and longterm engagement.
- Drive Business Growth Expand our market presence by leveraging industry insights and strategic planning.
What Were Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or an Associates degree with extensive industry experience).
- 10 years of project management experience with 5 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strategic Mindset Ability to anticipate challenges and align project goals with business objectives.

- Manages Complexity Effectively navigates regulatory and logistical challenges.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Additional Requirements
Travel: Frequent travel for client meetings site visits and stakeholder coordination.
Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods work on a computer and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
