R55 000 R65 000 CTC Per Month (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Fulltime Hybrid (Monday Friday)

About the Role
As the Senior BBBEE & Transformation Specialist you will provide critical advisory services to clients focusing on BBBEE scorecard calculations transformation strategies and client relationship management. This role requires expertise in BBBEE legislation technical advisory and strategy development alongside strong analytical and clientfacing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate review and present complex BBBEE scorecards and ownership elements;
- Conduct indepth BBBEE training handle technical queries and assess fronting risk;
- Assist clients in developing and implementing transformation strategies and action plans;
- Evaluate ownership transactions and advise on compliance impacts;
- Crosssell services and support proposal development;
- Manage project teams and client relationships ensuring efficient project delivery;
- Keep uptodate with BBBEE policies and sector code amendments.
Requirements
- BCom Honors in Accounting/LLB or related postgraduate degree;
- Minimum of six years in advisory consulting verification or BBBEErelated fields;
- Advanced knowledge of BBBEE legislation strong analytical ability and MS Office proficiency;
- Selfmotivated adaptable solutionsoriented and committed to team success;
- Established network within the BBBEE arena (advantageous).
