Vestwell 2025 Summer Internship Program

Vestwells mission is to build a unified workplace savings platform to deliver the elevated experience that every employee deserves while closing the savings gap.

Our Business teams are each hiring an intern to participate in an 10week intensive summer internship program from June 2 August 8 2025. The goal of Vestwells internship program is to provide the insights tools and training to empower participants to identify and advocate for what they view as the greatest opportunities for our teams to fulfill the companys mission.

As an intern at Vestwell you will have the opportunity to learn about the company and all aspects of our industry and business across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders across our extremely collaborative crossfunctional teams to conduct research capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to participate in projects that will help prepare you to tackle business challenges here and in your future career.

To help set you up for success and ensure opportunities for continuous growth you will have an assigned manager and dedicated mentor to help guide you through your internship with regularly scheduled checkins and feedback sessions.

At Vestwell we are committed to innovation driving disruption and delivering cuttingedge solutions. The Plan Design Team meets with sponsors to help set up their plan and create their plan documents. This includes reviewing the plan features and explaining the implications of certain design choices made. The goal of the team is to help sponsors understand the retirement plan that they purchased as well as the complexities that come with having a retirement plan.

What will you be doing:

  • Review plan design team processes procedures and product enhancement requests for expediting onboarding plans.
  • Analyze for gaps in the current process procedures and enhancements.
  • Suggest solutions for efficiencies and automation opportunities to scale.

Requirements to participate in Vestwells Summer Internship Program:

The Necessities:

  • A finalyear student or recent graduate (including boot camps and or other related programs)
  • Based in New York City and can report to Vestwells NYC HQ in a hybrid capacity
  • Available for the entire 10 week program: June 2 August 8 2025
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Cope well under pressure
  • Professionalism

OUR PROCESS

It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 2 conversations about Vestwell your experience and your interests. Next steps can vary by role but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer a portfolio review for a Designer deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or inperson interview panel after that if the screens go well.
