Job Description
Ross Downing Buick GMC of Gonzalesis looking for a General Manager/leader immediately. Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used as well as fixed operations. Candidates must have management experience strong closing ability a great attitude and a HIGH ENERGY personality. Qualifications:
- Dealership management experience required
- Experience with new preowned and fixed operations
- Must be able to handle dealership staffing
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication skills
- Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
- Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitude
- Planning organizational and recruiting skills to build a highperformance team
- Selfmotivated with a passion to achieve high standards
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Manage the inventory including possibly ordering and dealer trades
