The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Dickson is accepting applications for the fulltime onsite position of Associate Instructor in the Cosmetology Program at the Clarksville Campus.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Cosmetology Associate Instructor is responsible for providing individualized theory and handson instruction in conjunction with a second fulltime Cosmetology instructor to prepare students for employment as Cosmetologists. The Cosmetology Associate Instructor will develop plan and prepare a complete and progressive course of study including lesson plans assignments and instructional aides; monitor grade and evaluate individual student progress; enter and maintain student records on a regular basis in the colleges student records management system; assist with recruitment placement and followup of students; and other duties as assigned. This position must also maintain good public relations with business and industry maintain an active advisory committee and cooperate with outside agencies. All instruction is delivered inperson. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Class schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
SALARY: $50142$60171 per year $25.71$30.86 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology guidelines and directly related experience.
