Job Description
Your Mission at Centify
As a Founder Associate youll work directly with our founding team and be involved in all entrepreneurial strategic and operational processes. Our solution automates complex commission processes for finance and sales teams.
Youll gain a unique 360 insight into building a fastgrowing B2B SaaS startup and take on responsibility from day one. Your tasks will be as varied as a founders daily work from market analysis and business development to product strategy and handson execution.
Note: This is a mandatory internship (up to 6 months) or a voluntary internship (up to 3 months).
Tasks
- Support the founding team with strategic decisions and daily operational tasks.
- Analyze markets competitors and customer feedback to develop actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to gotomarket sales and marketing efforts e.g. building landing pages creating campaign ideas and conducting target audience analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the product team and bring user perspectives into product development.
- Take ownership of your own projects and drive them independently from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Youre a student in a businessrelated field (e.g. business administration).
- Youre interested in startups entrepreneurship and digital business models.
- You work in a structured proactive and handson manner and arent afraid to take on responsibility.
- You have a good understanding of technology and are eager to learn more about SaaS product development and B2B sales.
- Ideally you have some initial experience in business development strategy product or tech.
- Youre confident communicating in German or English and enjoy working remotely as part of a team.
