About the role:
We are looking for a committed English to Traditional Chinese freelance translator to collaborate on an asneeded basis for various localization projects.
This is a freelance position working remotely with no fixed hours but with the purpose of establishing a longterm collaboration with the right candidate for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
Translate and localize content from English to Traditional Chinese ensuring linguistic accuracy.
Maintain consistency in tone style and terminology across all materials.
Ensure the products final quality.
Review and proofread materials when necessary.
Perform QA on specific projects when necessary.
Requirements:
Native level of Traditional Chinese
Excellent command of English with a deep understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances.
Strong attention to detail spelling and grammar.
Commitment to delivering highquality and consistent work.
Previous experience in localizing educational or eLearning based content is a plus.
Additional knowledge of UI/UX translation is also a plus.
