As our Senior Product Manager (all genders) at TradeLink your role will be instrumental in guiding the teams strategy driving innovation and implementing efficient processes for product delivery. We are seeking an individual with strategic and tactical thinking capabilities expertise in product research discovery and and strong stakeholder management skills.
Tasks
- You define product vision and strategy in your area in close collaboration with Product Leadership coordinating work across teams and guiding their roadmaps.
- You identify business viability and opportunity size for new features based on project outcomes and product success metrics.
- You own product discovery and solutioning and enable your team to ship features based on validated customer insights datadriven decisions and clear defined business value.
- You collaborate closely with engineering and design teams other product managers founders and GTM to drive product development and ensure highquality releases.
- You measure impact on customer and business outcomes and provide informed KPI and process improvements.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
- You have an excellent understanding of product discovery delivery and management processes.
- You have strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities and are passionate about achieving organizational goals.
- You are able to communicate effectively in English and German and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You have experience with data analysis defining metrics and interpreting and measuring outcome.
