Job Description

Overview
The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the Mumbai region. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports on sales performance.

  • Coordinate with marketing to create strategies to promote products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution of issues.
  • Recruit train and evaluate sales team members.
  • Manage the sales budget and authorize spending within allocated limits.
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of the local market in Mumbai is an advantage.
