Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Associate to lead and drive Truww Interiors marketing efforts. This role requires an innovative thinker with strong leadership skills a deep understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to manage multiple channels to increase brand awareness generate leads and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company s goals and objectives.
- Identify and target key customer segments understanding their needs and behaviours within the interior design industry.
- Drive the of seasonal and longterm marketing campaigns optimizing for maximum reach and impact.
2. Brand Management & Awareness:
- Oversee the Truww Interiors brand ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Create and execute branding campaigns to position Truww Interiors as a leader in the interior design space.
- Manage content creation for marketing collateral including brochures case studies websites and social media.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media marketing email campaigns SEO SEM and paid media.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually compelling and effective digital content.
- Manage the company s website and ensure it is regularly updated SEOoptimized and userfriendly.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Develop strategies to generate quality leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives improving lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and track campaign performance reporting key metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer preferences and competitive analysis.
- Use insights from research to inform and adjust marketing strategies for better targeting and impact.
6. Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring all initiatives are costeffective and deliver measurable results.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications & Experience: 46 years of experience in marketing preferably in interior design home d cor or related industries.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads Google Analytics etc..
- Proven track record in content marketing SEO SEM and lead generation.
- Excellent communication writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish and work crossfunctionally with different teams.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data.
