Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for our Nursing Home in Co Tipperary.
Responsibilities
- Assist the nursing staff in providing exceptional care by exercising clinical supervision and leadership.
- Encourage High Standards: Make sure that every facet of resident care is personcentred.
- Promote Independence and WellBeing: Assist inhabitants in leading satisfying lives.
- Support Best Practices & Compliance: Help with regulatory adherence audits and inspections.
- Develop & Mentor Staff Foster professional growth within your team.
Requirements
- A registered nurse with an active PIN and a Bord Altranais.
- Six years or more of postregistration nursing experience is required.
- A minimum of one year of managerial experience is preferred.
- Enthusiastic about dementia care and gerontology.
- Strong clinical competence and leadership skills.
- Nursing Home experience desirable.
