About the Role:

Our client needs a proactive independent and reliable eLearning Developer to join their dynamic team. If you have expertise in creating engaging online courses and thrive in a fastpaced environment this role is perfect for you.

What You ll Do:

Design and Develop Engaging Online Courses:

• Build and develop interactive courses in a Learning Management System (LMS) using WYSIWYG editors.
  

• Seamlessly copy content from Word documents into LMS platforms like Canvas Blackboard or Moodle.
  

• Integrate lectures videos assessments project guidelines and activities into new courses.
  

• Revise and enhance existing courses based on feedback to ensure they meet high standards.
  

Troubleshoot and Support LMS Issues:

• Address and resolve LMS design infrastructure or configuration issues.
  

• Provide secondlevel support for content date restrictions course creation assessments and revisions.
  

Ensure Quality Assurance:

• Manage the testing and evaluation of new LMS features and tools ensuring they integrate smoothly.
  

• Maintain high quality standards ensuring all content adheres to copyright and intellectual property guidelines.
  

Collaborate and Exchange Knowledge:

• Engage with educators and other LMS administrators to share insights and best practices.
  

• Contribute to innovative projects and take on adhoc tasks as needed.

• Decision Maker: You have excellent problemsolving skills and can make highlevel decisions to take initiative and ensure projects adhere to deadlines.
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role with a track record of creating impactful eLearning experiences.
  

• Strong English communication skills both oral and written for collaborating with stakeholders.
  

• Indepth knowledge of LMS platforms and eLearning technologies.
  

• Experience with instructional graphic or web design is a plus.
  

• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is helpful for customizing and enhancing content.
