The BTL Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that engage consumers directly and drive brand loyalty. The candidates will work closely with our marketing team to design and implement impactful BTL strategies including promotions events and direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
Plan and coordinate promotional events instore activations and product launches.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create engaging marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
Manage relationships with vendors agencies and partners to ensure successful .
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
3 years of experience in BTL marketing or a similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
