Profile Requirements:
- Min 10 years of Proven Experience in support or help desk roles with exposure to Level 2 tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and cloud computing platforms.
- Understanding of networking concepts including VPN DHCP DNS and firewalls.
Core responsibilities:
- Provide secondlevel technical support for hardware software network and securityrelated issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Install configure and maintain operating systems applications and hardware components.
- Support Active Directory Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and cloudbased IT services.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems including VPN firewalls DNS and TCP/IP configurations.
- Perform server administration tasks such as user management permissions and security updates.
- Assist in IT security measures including endpoint protection system monitoring and data encryption.
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects upgrades and migrations.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
