Job Description
Description of the role:
The Marina Concierge at The Resort at Longboat Key Club is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and ensuring exceptional experiences for all guests utilizing the marina facilities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable moments for guests.

Compensation:
$16$17/hour
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist marina guests with dockage fueling and other services
- Coordinate boat rental reservations and ensure timely delivery
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions restaurants and activities
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of marina facilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing payments and maintaining records
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of boating and marina operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
