11 experience Team Leadership and Management:Quality Assurance Strategy:Test Planning and :Test AutomationDefect Management:Collaboration and Communication:Continuous Improvement:Strong experience with manual and automated testing including writing and executing test cases and scripts.Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail) and defect tracking systems.Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress TestComplete etc..Experience in agile development methodologies and working in crossfunctional teams.Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear actionable feedback.
