Job Description
The Storage TPM / Scrum Master will manage complex storage development projects ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop cuttingedge storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Remove impediments to foster a collaborative team environment.
Program Management:
- Plan and oversee storage development projects from conception to completion.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules managing resources effectively.
- Monitor and track project progress adjusting as necessary to meet goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status risks and issues transparently.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment with project objectives.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including developers QA and product managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
- Support team members in their professional development.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage project risks developing and implementing mitigation plans.
- Proactively address potential obstacles to project success.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards for storage solutions.
- Implement best practices for project management and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 1015 years of experience with Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a TPM Scrum Master or similar role in storage development.
- Strong understanding of storage technologies and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with storage technologies (e.g. SAN NAS SSD Cloud Storage).
- Technical background with knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to storage solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Need to work in US PST time i.e 8 AM morning to noon
