EXL is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive who is eager to start their career in human resources. As an HR fresher you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks while learning and gaining exposure to all aspects of HR. This role will allow you to develop foundational HR skills and knowledge and grow into a proficient HR professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires including documentation orientation and introducing them to company policies.
- Employee Data Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (HRIS).
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.
- Help in managing attendance leaves and payroll records for employees.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities teambuilding events and wellness programs.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and conducting surveys to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are being followed by employees.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to help with compliancerelated tasks.
- Assist in preparing documents and ensuring smooth of HR processes.
- Training & Development:
- Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees.
- Help in scheduling training sessions preparing materials and tracking employee participation.
- General HR Administration:
- Support the HR team with daytoday administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing office supplies and other HRrelated logistics.
- Handle HR correspondence including emails phone calls and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any related field.
- Freshers with no prior HR experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and adaptability.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Any internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
