Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish and implement treatment plans.
Assist in group programs and rehabilitation initiatives.
Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation.
Help patients achieve meaningful outcomes while being a trusted partner in the community.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Valid or pending state license (for new grads).
Experience in acute care longterm care or rehab is a plus but not required!
