Job Description
Were expanding and seeking an Executive Legal Recruiter to join our team! In this role youll play a critical part in identifying top legal talent primarily attorneys for our clients across various practice areas. This is a groundfloor opportunity with a company poised for growth offering unlimited career and income potential.
What Youll Do:
- Identify and recruit both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn internal databases and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline fostering relationships with attorneys seeking career advancement.
- Present top candidates to clients providing interview summaries and supporting documentation.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process.
- Gather postinterview feedback from both candidates and clients.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate smooth hiring transitions.
- Stay informed on legal industry trends and recruitment best practices.

- Not afraid to ask tough questions and advocate for both clients and candidates.
- Tenacious resilient and motivated to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or in progress).
- Strong customer service experience and an engaging phone presencethis role requires frequent phone outreach including cold calls.
- Selfmotivated with a drive for success.
- Proficient in Office 365 MS Teams and database management (ATS experience a plus).
- Legal industry experience (preferred but not required)familiarity with law firms is a plus!
