Job Description

We are seeking aFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque NM. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
Prescribe medications and provide patient education on preventive healthcare.
Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
Requirements
Education: Masters or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one.
Certification: Board certified or board eligible (AANP or ANCC).
Experience: Prior experience in family practice internal medicine or urgent care is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong clinical diagnostic and communication skills with a patientcentered approach.
