Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Secretary to support
Fee Earners handling commercial property transactions. The role requires strong
organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently
while maintaining excellent client service.

Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support for commercial property
matters including leases sales purchases and remortgages.
Open maintain and archive files ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
Assist with client onboarding and AML compliance.
Draft edit and proofread legal correspondence and documents.
Prepare and submit conveyancing forms (TR1 AP1 SDLT etc..
Manage fee earner emails correspondence and client queries.
Oversee billing processes invoices and financial transactions.
Liaise professionally with clients solicitors and third parties.

Key Skills & Attributes:
Experience as a Legal Secretary in Commercial
Property/Conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of the commercial conveyancing process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and fast accurate typing skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Proactive and solutionsfocused with strong teamwork skills.
