Job Description:
As a Customer Support Assistant at Blue Print Out you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing them with assistance and resolving inquiries or concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills a solutionoriented approach and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide topnotch customer service through phone email and live chat support.
Address customer inquiries issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving productrelated issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues.
Stay uptodate on product and service information to better assist customers.
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mentality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
