We are seeking a motivated and skilled Client Relationship Representative to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Track and manage client interactions ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.
Provide regular feedback to management on client concerns and potential opportunities for service improvement.
Participate in meetings to help strategize client solutions and project deliverables.
Assist in the development of client proposals and service contracts.
