Scopely is looking for aDesign Director to join the GSN Casino team in Spain on a hybrid basis!

What Youll Do:
- As the Design Director you will lead the creative vision and for GSN Casino ensuring the game is engaging innovative and aligns with our strategic goals. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team you will oversee all aspects of game design from concept to release and beyond.
- Collaborate with the General Manager the Director of Product and other senior leaders within the Casino Division to develop a strategy and roadmap for the games development that aligns with the divisions business goals.
- Ensure the design team owns and drives a cohesive vision for the games look feel audiovisuals and overall player experience.
- Research document and communicate competitive trends in casual games the social casino industry and realmoney gaming.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation pushing the game studio to meet or exceed the experiences and production values of landbased casino games.
- Partner with the Analytics and Player Insights teams to A/B test features game designs and slot themes optimizing for important metrics.
- Mentor and develop junior game designers providing mentorship feedback and support to help them grow professionally.
- Develop and promote standards for both the player experience and the game design process.
About You:
- Possess 10 years of experience in designing and/or producing successful massmarket casual games preferably with experience in the social casino market.
- Have experience in leading game design teams demonstrating outstanding selfmotivation and innovation.
- Exhibit creativity with an outstanding approach to addressing persistent challenges contributing to existing products and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills effectively bridging the gap between the business and creative aspects of the division.
- Capable of multitasking and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to translate ideas into actionable projects.
