Rate: Up to 29 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join Mental Health Teams based in Surrey.
What will your responsibilities be
You will provide highquality assessment and intervention to service users with a range of mental health problems promoting recovery and independence. Your responsibilities include care planning care coordination managing a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA) providing psychosocial interventions conducting risk assessments and supporting adult safeguarding. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) actively participate in supervision and team meetings and maintain awareness of relevant legislation policies and procedures to ensure consistent and highquality service delivery.

You must have postqualified registration in a core profession at degree level be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence if the role is communitybased.
