Job Description
Blue Door is an established reputable childcare provider looking for a passionate and qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on childrens lives in a supportive professional environment.
Tasks
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a childcare setting ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children parents and colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the space.
- Assist in planning and implementing educational programs tailored to childrens needs.
- Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and enhance the overall setting experience.
Requirements
- Childcare Learning and Development (CCLPD) minimum Level 2 (applications without this qualification will not be considered)
- Experience or interest in working with children aged 011 years
- Ability to plan engaging activities and make thoughtful observations
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
