We are looking for an experienced Lucene Developer to join our dynamic team and take ownership of search and indexing solutions within our product suite. Your primary focus will be designing and implementing scalable highperformance search services using Apache Lucene as well as contributing to a completely new product. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including other developers and product managers to build highquality futureproof solutions.

Your mission
- Design implement and optimize efficient Lucenebased search and indexing solutions
- Maintain test and debug searchrelated components
- Identify areas for improvement in existing search functionality and develop enhancements
- Architect Lucene for optimal performance and scalability
- Work closely with other developers and product managers to refine capabilities
- Mentor less experienced developers and contribute to team growth
- Create technical concepts components and services
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial and objectoriented development
- Strong expertise in Apache Lucene and searchrelated technologies (e.g. Solr Elasticsearch)
- Experience with Java (and knowledge of Python or .NET is a plus)
- The ability to communicate complex search concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
- Handson experience with cloudbased search infrastructure and serviceoriented architectures
