Our organization develops foundational models and nextgeneration methods that make it easy and affordable for Aleph Alphas customers to increase productivity in finance administration R&D logistics and manufacturing processes.

We are hiring to grow our org with offices in Heidelberg Germany and are looking for a wellrounded experienced community builder with a strong background in SW engineering machine learning / foundational models and community building.

As a Developers Advocate in Aleph Alpha Research you help developers be successful with Aleph Alphas technology and products by acting as a bridge between researchers and engineers at Aleph Alpha and the broader developer community. You disseminate Aleph Alpha Researchs new approaches towards differentiating target capabilities and work across all interdisciplinary research teams as well as external research and builder community members.

You develop and execute approaches to community building perform learning and knowledgesharing events and leverage the community feedback to inform research and product developments.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community around Aleph Alphas AI and LLM technologies.

• Organize and participate in digital and inperson community events webinars forums and social media platforms to facilitate discussions and share knowledge.

• Act as a liaison between the community and our product teams gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement.

• Analyze community feedback to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement advocating for community needs in product roadmap discussions.

• Engage academic partners through organizing targeted events and presentations.

• Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in Developer Advocacy Community Management Developer Relations or a similar role.

• Fluent in English. German is a plus

• Proficiency in coding (incl. Python) and managing various projects that require technical expertise.

• Basic understanding of AI LLMs and related concepts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.

• Selfstarter with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ready to relocate to Heidelberg Germany or otherwise come to our Heidelberg office regularly potentially weekly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content creation and digital marketing.

• Previous experience working with LLMs.
