cooperatively with family services coordinator and bilingual intake/recruitment assistant to recruit children and cooperatively with family services coordinator and bilingual intake/recruitment assistant to collect all necessary documentation required in order to enroll a cooperatively with family services coordinator and bilingual intake/recruitment assistant to maintain enrollment in cooperatively with center coordinator and center team to maintain clear communication on all center related daily support to classrooms within assigned caseload and document observations and interactions as an initial home visit and Family Outcomes Assessment on each family assigned to each family assigned to caseload in developing and attaining accurate professional and up-to-date documentation on each family assigned to caseload within the programs software a minimum of two home visits per family during the academic school follow-up home visits per family on an as needed with the center coordinator to schedule case conferences on each family two times per and document case conferences on each family two times per -up on attendance concerns via phone calls correspondence and / or home visits when appropriate sections and review all injury reports originating within your all necessary follow-up work relative to injury reports with child and family; maintain in childs Family Service all necessary steps as defined in the attendance policy prior to removing a child from active cooperatively with agencies involved with each family assigned to accurate and completed status memos on necessary families in a timely in-house Special Education and Support Services all component & center center staff with Child Abuse and Neglect training as directed by center coordinator or other supervisor as part of a Crisis Team in Fire Drill / Evacuation Plan or as part of any other support position
