About this role
Writer is seeking a dynamic retail and corporate banking specialist to join our team. This strategic role is designed for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the retail and corporate banking business and processes and a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate has a deep interest in building AI solutions into bankingspecific core workflows and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that position Writer as a leading solution provider for retail and corporate banks.

Our team is a stellar and diverse unit from groundbreaking AI researchers and engineers to gotomarket and customer success builders and scalers who are all maniacally focused on our mission: to transform work. As a key member of this unit you would be a key person contributing to the growth of one of our core vertical businesses a role that will be heavily intertwined with most of the organization; it is both handson and strategic. To be successful the candidate will need to be able to build strong working relationships across the organization communicate complex topics in a digestible way to a variety of internal stakeholders (including technical personas) and guide them in the buildout and implementation of AIenabled use cases. The candidate must be comfortable in client facing conversations with senior executives in the banking industry.
Your responsibilities
Product strategy determining the Generative AI use cases and customer segments in banks where Writer can have a major impact quickly
Marketing developing and telling the story of how Writer will transform retail banking corporate banking and markets workflows in the language of our industry
Sales working closely with our talented experienced Strategic Sales team to generate and close deals
Delivery working with our technical and customer success teams to build and implement GenAI applications that transform our clients businesses
You will report to the Head of Financial Services as part of the GTM Strategy team.
Is this you
7 years at a major (global top 20 retail or corporate bank in a commercial role. Relevant experience at a toptier consulting firm serving these institutions will also be considered.
Deep understanding of the entire corporate and retail banking value chain particularly AML/KYC onboarding transaction flows and desire to build.
Thrive in a spy fastpaced environment ours is not a mature product category it will require creativity and active listening to figure out how Writers solutions can be most transformative
A deep understanding of the legal regulatory policy and competitive dynamics affecting the retail and corporate banking environment
Strong presentation skills written and verbal communication skills
Experience with AIdriven solutions or technology products in the sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
Experience working crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders.
