Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Groupis a familyowned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes with inhome and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are seeking a compassionateClinical Nurse Managerto join our team at Sirius Cove on a fulltime basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each residents clinical and care requirements are met while providing clear communication to families. Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable as another key focus of your role is delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses.
Your wellhoned communication assessment and problemsolving skills are easily demonstrated when leading interdisciplinary teams as well as providing relationshipcentred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
What youll need to succeed
Before you can be considered for this role well need to ensure you have:
- a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- previous experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Influenza vaccination
- full working rights in Australia
