Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial advisor to join Converse Team Financial Services in the Wichita branch of our nationally networked wealth management firm. This position will allow you to grow your experience in client advising in both investment and financial planning areas alongside highly experienced financial advisors. We are looking for a clientfocused relational financial advisor to provide skilled services across the wealth management field. This is a nonsales position offering a salary and employee benefits.

This is an exempt position located in our Wichita KS office. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

1. Conducting impactful client investment and financial plan review meetings and phone calls to provide thorough investment and planning recommendations and conduct client discovery documenting all communication with clients and prospects.

2. Organizing analyzing and presenting financial planning insightstoclients in a clear and compelling way keeping the plan up todate with any changes throughout the year.

3. Completing assigned casework and executing followup research and actions in a timely manner.

4. Research in areas of expertise such as investment modeling financial planning retirement planning or exit planning.

5. Deepenclient relationships leading to referrals increased service opportunities to the client and overall high client satisfaction.

6. Developing collaborative relationships with internal team members and external professionals to provide comprehensive and seamless service for clients.

7. Maintain industry continuing education and comply with compliance requirements.

8. Embrace new areas of responsibilityas they come up demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Desired skills include but are not limited to:

  • Series7 oreither 65 or 63 and 66

  • 3 years of clientfacing financial advisory or planning experience

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and the team.

  • Solid understanding of industry rules and regulations.

  • Commitment to providing an excellent level of client care and communication with accurate followthrough on commitments and deadlines.

  • Employs solid analytical skills in researching and resolving problems.

  • Detailoriented ability to document all client communication.

  • Operates withhigh integrity for our office and clients.

  • Experience working with financial planning softwareand CRM systems.

  • Exposure toportfolio management and providing investment recommendations.

  • Continuous learner committed to adapting to client and business needs and opportunities.
