Job Description: As the Product Analyst you will be tasked with working in a global environment with stakeholders team members and customers located throughout the world. A successful product analysts will demonstrate a keen understanding of what our user base wants and is able to deliver on those actions with high quality results. Have a sense of urgency in task be well organized and able to solve complex issues
- Ability to partner with the business to understand needs and translate them into technology requirements using a consultative approach to understand the system functionality and apply that knowledge to solutioning / working with the business on process efficiencies
- Develop analyses of user engagement process efficiencies and other functional needs to support decision making and process improvement opportunities
- Under the direction of the Core HR Product Owner work with the HR & IT HR teams in the planning and of applications functional/technical projects
- Balancing competing requests and understanding relative priorities to effectively manage your time and the teams focus on our performance roadmap
- Manage and configure updates to Fieldglass by partnering with the product team documenting requirements tracking updates through Jira and managing updates through sprint process
- Be the voice of the customer advocate on behalf of our user base to increase their experience and satisfaction with Workday
- Display critical thinking in understanding impacts of product enhancements being mindful of the broader HR IT team and contingent workforce functional goals
- Have overall responsibility for the health of the Fieldglass application in terms of quality of operational effectiveness from a functional & technical standpoint
- Stay aware of functional & development tools trends and practices and act as an advocate for items that should be considered for future initiative
- Product Analyst will join a team of Global HR stakeholders to prioritize document and test enhancements to existing systems
- Other members of the HR IT team including Workday Delivery Team
- QA Teams to help coordinate testing on specific enhancements and software releases
- Additional agile leadership roles including product owners change managers and Workday leadership
