Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Webinar Planning & :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy including virtual webinars inperson conferences trade shows and networking events.
- Plan organize and host webinars ensuring seamless from promotion to followup.
- Manage endtoend event logistics including venue/vendor selection speaker coordination registrations and audience engagement strategies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing sales and product teams to align event content with business objectives.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Create event marketing plans to drive registrations and attendance through email campaigns social media paid promotions and partnerships.
- Optimize event/webinar landing pages registration processes and followup communications.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine promotional strategies and improve attendance rates.
Technology & Platform Management:
- Select and manage webinar and event platforms (Zoom ON24 GoToWebinar etc..
- Troubleshoot technical issues before and during events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Implement interactive features such as polls Q&A and breakout sessions to enhance audience engagement.
PostEvent Analysis & Optimization:
- Collect and analyze event metrics (attendance engagement lead generation and ROI).
- Develop postevent reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and convert eventgenerated leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in event management webinar production or a related role.
- Strong understanding of webinar platforms (Zoom ON24 GoToWebinar Webex etc..
- Experience with event marketing audience acquisition strategies and lead generation.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with speakers sponsors and internal teams.
- Datadriven mindset with experience analyzing event performance and optimizing for success.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketo Salesforce) is a plus.
