POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Division of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Texas Womans University located in Denton Texas is seeking candidates for a tenure track Assistant Professor to: 1 teach undergraduate and graduate chemistry and science courses; 2 establish a nationally recognized research program; 3 mentor and guide undergraduate and Masters students in innovative research projects within our new stateoftheart research facility; and 4 collaborate effectively within the division college and university and 5 contribute to the division college and university through service. should have a Ph.D. in chemistry or biochemistry postDoctoral experience is preferred but not required. Preference will be given to individuals with teaching interests in organic chemistry and related areas.
