Freelance Accounts and Finance Trainer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Accounts and Finance Trainer to conduct professional training sessions for individuals and corporate clients. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training on various aspects of accounting finance and related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs on Accounting Financial Management Taxation Auditing and related topics.
- Provide handson training on Tally QuickBooks SAP MS Excel (Advanced) and other financial tools (as applicable).
- Conduct both online and offline training sessions as per client requirements.
- Customize training content based on the skill level and learning objectives of participants.
- Use case studies reallife financial scenarios and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Assess participants understanding through quizzes assignments and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends regulations and best practices in finance and accounting.
- Provide posttraining support and guidance to learners.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting Finance Commerce (B M CA CMA CFA MBAFinance) or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of industry or teaching experience in accounts and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and International Accounting Standards (GAAP IFRS).
- Expertise in financial modeling budgeting taxation and auditing.
- Proficiency in Tally QuickBooks SAP FICO Advanced Excel and other accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners through interactive teaching methods.
- Prior experience in corporate training or online coaching is a plus.

Compensation:
- Competitive pay per session/hour based on experience and expertise.
- It will be purely based on the number of students enrolled and the amount will be decided accordingly.
