The Stinger Finance organization within the Land and Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) Mission Area has an opportunity for a Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2 to support the USG Stinger Missile Replenishment program. The Stinger missile system is a manportable air defense system (MANPADS) designed to counter lowlevel fixed wing rotary wing and unmanned aerial systems.As a Senior Program Controls Analyst you will be given a growth opportunity to learn exciting new technologies while working programs that will continue Raytheons legacy as the premier provider of solutions to the warfighter.
The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn new concepts tools management processes and is able to work in a fastpaced team environment while also working across multiple organizations and levels of leadership.This candidate is also detail focused seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities and works to ensure the program successfully executes. This position will provide an opportunity to develop and enhance skills with SAP APEX PRISM and a host of other systems within the existing Raytheon earned value management tool suite. This is a challenging and rewarding role with tremendous opportunity for experience and growth.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is expected in Tucson AZ McKinney TX or Andover MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
Support contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance including variance analysis monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR CFSR CSDR)
Development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
Supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan
Providing support for internal/external program reviews
Adhoc support and analysis
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Mathematics or related field & 2 years finance/accounting work experience
Experience with budgeting and/or forecasting
Experience with Microsoft tool suite
Experienced user of SAP software SAP Business Warehouse APEX PRISM or equivalent systems
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with performing qualitative or comparative analysis with an emphasis on variance explanation
Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy
