YOUR ROLE
As an Ad Operations Manager you will play a leading role in developing Two Circles internal capabilities to create implement and maintain an endtoend world class ad ops and programming. From ad sales operations and product development through to ad strategy and programmatic revenue optimisation you will have deep knowledge of the programmatic space and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment improving systems and processes with both internal and external resources. This is a strategic role within our organization that will involve crossfunctional work and futureproofing the company for revenue success.
You will be supporting major global sports properties and the ability to work independently lead and mentor a growing team of specialists and manage client and demandside relationships will be important.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and developing the expansion of TwoCircles programmatic capabilities in clientfacing role.
Advise client and internal product teams on integrating ad revenue opportunities through programmatic and directsold initiatives; ability to support the creation of advertising business plans for clients is a desired.
Working with client product teams: requirements setting product definition product roadmap including build/buy/partner strategy.
Working with client/internal commercial teams: advertising GTM and sales strategy and revenue optimization through leveraging relationships across the programmatic advertising ecosystem (agencies CTV platforms trading desks and programmatic marketplaces).
In conjunction with Data Ops and Engineering: platform integration requirements for advertising.
In conjunction with client regional commercial management: develop and drive sales targets demand generation/activation and content partner development.
Own specific revenuebased strategic partnerships (i.e. Google Ad Manager and key programmatic platforms/marketplaces) and manage the communication/requests on behalf of TwoCircles.
Determine workflow(s) to determine repeatable between postsale and ad trafficking and reporting etc.
Trafficking support as needed.
Training Ad Operations Executives and/or Analysts as needed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
4 years digital media and or ad operations experience; demonstratable familiarity with GAM and programmatic delivery a must.
Able to deal professionally with members clients vendor and staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Orientation toward providing excellent client service and following through on requests.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstratable experience leading executional teams to deliver largescale supplyside media campaigns and/or programmatic revenue generation in a publisher environment.
In addition a blend of the following skills is HIGHLY DESIRED:
A strong passion for sport and understanding of the sports business industry particularly the digital space.
Experience in consultancy strategy multiplatform publisher or agency environments.
Highly numerate.
