The Kids Express/Urgent Care APP has advanced education and professional training specializing in the care of patients from birth to 21 years of age. The APP practices independently and/ or in collaboration with the pediatricians in the urgent care and in accordance with established protocols to provide cost effective quality care that is individualized and developmentally appropriate. The APP performs physical assessments/ examinations; develops diagnosis; formulates initiates reinforces plans of care and /or treatments for resolution of the clinical problem(s) or to maintain health. The APP monitors and evaluates the plan of care and makes revisions as needed or initiates consultations/ referrals when appropriate.Department Specific Job Details:
