As a WelderFitter you will bring expertise in aluminum welding and assembly with a proven ability to perform MIG andTIG welding at a high standard. This role requires precision attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectivelywithin a diverse international team to achieve production goals. You will play a crucial part in ensuring quality andefficiency throughout the welding and assembly processes.
- Assemble aluminum subassemblies and structures following technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations with precision and integrity to complete car body structures.
- Conduct finishing work on welded components ensuring smooth surfaces and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate efficiently within a team ensuring seamless coordination and timely project progress.
- Maintain highquality standards through inspections and adherence to production guidelines.
- Operate maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Minimum of 34 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding (specifically aluminum welding)
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in welding.
- American Welding Society (AWS) certification preferred.
- Processspecific certifications in MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding.
- Fluent in English with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Teamwork experience collaborating effectively within a diverse international group.
- Loyal personality with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge.
- Must be able to complete up to3 months of training at our European competence centerto obtain EN certification and specializedtraining in car body manufacturing. Expenses will be covered by the company.
