Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and detailoriented Merchandise Allocator to join our clients retail team. As a Merchandise Allocator you will be responsible for allocating merchandise to stores based on sales forecasts analyzing sales data and collaborating with the buying and planning teams to optimize inventory levels and maximize sales.
Responsibilities
- Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales forecasts and store requirements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the buying and planning teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor store inventory levels and make adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a merchandise allocator in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in merchandise allocation software.
