Job Description

Rockford Rescue Mission considers every position one of ministry and an essential part of fulfilling our mission and purpose. Therefore it is essential that all staff of Rockford Rescue Mission have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and believe in and subscribe to our Statement of Faith and Requirements for Ministry Service. Additionally staff must be willing and able to lead and/or participate in Bible study prayer devotions chapel and sharing the Gospel.
To manage incoming donations store food properly and in a timely manner. In addition the Stocker will keep the Receiving Area clean and organized.
PHYSICAL FACTORS
1. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
2. Frequent moving pushing pulling and bending. Frequent standing for extended periods of time.
3. Working in extreme cold environments including freezer and walk in coolers.
