Dispatcher reports to Site Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia Riyadh Al NakheelDistrict

Dewan is hiring for our client in Saudi for Dispatcherrole. Dewan consultants is 45 years old recruitment and staffing firm in MENA.
The main purpose of theDispatcher role is to coordinate and direct the movement of vehicles and
buggies on the mainland andonisland. Dispatcher will ensure that guests get to the right location at the righttime. They also manage the drivers and ensure that they are working efficientlyand safely.
Key Accountabilities &Activities
Maintain a cheerful helpful andfriendly attitude towards colleagues onisland staff and guests alike andprovide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Determine schedules and routesfor drivers and ensure that that schedules and routes are up to date at anygiven point of time.
Coordinate and manage pool ofvehicles and buggies ensuring timely and efficient dispatching.
Work closely with drivers andensure that they are equipped with most up to date information to answer allguest questions with a high level of knowledge about Sindalah facilities andservices as well as KSA and other NEOM entities.
Communicate effectively withguests staff and management to provide seamless service.
Handle any passenger complaintsor issues in a professional manner.
Keep track of the status of eachrequest or movement from the moment it is created until it is
completed.
Keep track record of the vehicleand buggy conditions to ensure that sufficient pool of vehicles and
buggies are available to providethe required level of service at all times.
Ensure close communication withthe drivers and Site Supervisor so that everybody is aligned.
To assist in ensuring that allbuggies are kept well maintained and clean at all times any technical fault.Should be reported to the Site Supervisor.
Ensure that all drivers followall safety rules when driving the buggy/vehicle and drive with utmost care makingsure that passengers are unharmed.
Work closely with otherstakeholders to provide seamless guest experience at all times.
Report any mechanical issues oraccidents immediately to management.
Work flexible hours includingnights weekends and holidays.
Follow all company policies andprocedures.
Assist with other duties asassigned by management.
Background Skills &Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal writtenand verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate in English(mandatory) Arabic (preferred) and other languages (preferred)
Excellent guest service skillsability to engage with guests and provide courteous service.
Ability to work flexible hoursincluding nights weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle stressfulsituations calmly and professionally.
Knowledge of local traffic lawsand regulations.
Skilled in providing immediatefirst aid treatment in case of any injury or illness.
Ability Perform CPR and othernecessary first aid procedures during an emergency.
Qualifications
High school diploma orequivalent.
Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role.
